ROCHESTER, Minn. – Motorists using Highway 52 and the ramps connected with Interstate 90 will see some traffic changes on Tuesday, Sept. 15, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

  • Northbound Highway 52 motorists will be moved back into the original newly paved northbound lanes. These lanes had been closed during the most recent state of construction.
